1. The Lessee agrees to provide a refundable deposit to cover any potential damages to the rented tool(s).
2. The deposit will be refunded in full if the tool(s) is returned in the same condition as rented.
3. If the tool(s) is returned damaged, the deposit will not be refunded, and the Lessee shall be responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
4. The Lessee shall ensure that the tool(s) is readily accessible for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location.
5. The Lessee must ensure the tool is clean and free of debris on collection; an additional cleaning fee may be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit.
6. The Lessee agrees to provide a valid photo ID for verification at the time of delivery.
7. The Lessee agrees to use the tool(s) solely for its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with its proper and safe use.
8. Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alteration of the tool(s) is strictly prohibited.
9. The Lessee is solely responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the rented tool(s) during the rental period.
10. If the Lessee fails to return the tool(s) on the agreed-upon date, an additional rental fee may be charged.
11. Petrol tools will be delivered with a full tank of fuel, the Lessee must return the tool(s) with the same amount.
12. The Lessee must ensure the correct fuel (petrol only) is used to top up the tool(s).
13. The Lessee must check oil levels daily and top up if required with the correct engine oil.
